The idea of it, porty, is for whatever reason you have a low testosterone count naturally. What they do is raise the level to slightly above normal so it tapers off evenly over a period of time. It's not an obscene boost to think it makes you out perform anyone, just gets you back to you.

Something the athletic commissions are doing is denying fighters known for abusing anabolic steroids, though.

Yeah, but I'm not sure about that case. I think it's more along the lines of chronic users who destroyed their endocrine system with it.
