Who replaces Dana White in a few years?

With the possible end of the Fox deal in 7 years we could see a new man becoming the "face" of the UFC . The process to decide a new leader wouldn't be easy. Love or hate the guy, no one else has ever been apart of the franchise when it was turnings a profit but White. When he took over the ailing production it was banned in certain States, the sport was taboo amongst sanctioning bodies and was still thought of as human cockfighting. What if the sport is losing momentum before White is ready to step down? Will he exit sooner and be replaced by a less of a fan favorite? What's you thoughts?
