In an interesting move today, the UFC has announced that they are pulling Soa Palelei from his re-debut bout against Stipe Miocic at UFC 161 and will be replacing the healthy Palelei with Roy Nelson.

Josh Barnett has finally signed on the dotted line and is now officially a UFC fighter once again. 

Rumors are swirling today that UFC 161 main event fighter and interim bantamweight champion Renan Barao has suffered a foot injury and my be forced out of his fight with Eddie Wineland.

UFC on FOX Sports 1 1 is expected to be one of the best free cards in the organizations history, but the big names have yet to be lined up and with that Daniel Cormier says he wants a a spot on the card and he hopes Chael Sonnen will be on the card as well.

Former UFC welterweight fighter Matt Riddle was currently on a four fight win streak before two of the fights being turned into a No Contest after getting busted for Marijuana, Riddle was then released by the UFC. Now the TUF 7 cast member will be taking his services to Bellator where he will take place in a stacked tournament.

After some unexpected and worrisome trouble with receiving his visa for his flight to Vegas where he will meet Junior Dos Santos in a bout that will likely crown the next heavyweight title challenger, Mark Hunt finally has his visa card and will be competing at UFC 160 as expected.

Tonight UFX on FX 8 emanated from Brazil in Jaragua do Sul, which provided us fans a fairly decent but uneventful preliminary card that was followed up with a main card that featured a main event between Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold and UFC middleweight and light heavyweight contender Vitor Belfort.
