Well it looks like Chandella's soft porn work of over a decade ago was of course true, but it appears that she may not have been released from the UFC, Chandella took to her twitter account to apologise and finally shed some light on the situation. 

It's still unknown if Chandella is still employed by the UFC/Zuffa. There were a lot of misleading reports leading up to her tweets, as there was no confirmation of her firing, just a lot of rumors, The soft porn part was 100%, it's just the employment part that is still unknown.

Chandella via twitter:

“When you are young, you often don’t realize that your actions have consequences. I made a bad decision about ten years ago, but you learn from these moments. There is nothing I can do to change the past, and believe me, if I could, I would. That decision doesn’t represent who I am today. All I can do now is put the past behind me and move forward. I am sorry to disappoint any of my fans and my family at Zuffa. I love you guys :)”
