Top ten UFC welterweights Johny Hendricks and Josh Koscheck are expected to meet at UFC on FOX 3 in a match up that many consider a would be number one contenders bout as the two look to prove their worth at the May 5th event.
Coming off the the biggest win of his young career Johny Hendricks will be looking to capitalize on his 20 second victory over the man many considered to be number two in the division in Jon Fitch with another huge win at UFC on FOX 3. Hendricks is currently riding high on a 3-fight win streak with his only career loss being a close decision to Rick Story.
Josh Koscheck is coming off of a rather lack luster win over tough up-and-comer Mike Pierce in a split decision that many people believe could have gone either way. Now Koscheck looks to put his name back into the title picture as an impressive win at UFC on FOX 3 could launch him right back into title contention.
UFC on FOX 3 will be taking place on May 5th at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The main event will include Jersey's own Jim Miller as he takes on the well rounded BJJ specialist Nate Diaz in an exciting lightweight showdown.
