Another fight has been officially added to the UFC 149 event set to take place Calgary Alberta Canada on July 21^st 2012.

UFC officials have announced that 14-2 Canadian welterweight Claude Patrick is set to face off against James Head at the Scotia Bank Saddledome. 

Patrick had just recently had an impressive 13 fight win streak snapped by Brian Ebersole at UFC 140 in Toronto, Patrick lost via a razor thin split decision. He will look to jump back into another winning streak against UFC newcomer James Head.

Head most recently debuted at UFC 131 where he was beaten by another Canadian, Nick Ring via rear naked choke. Head rebounded from his debut loss to defeat Swedish fighter Papy Abedi, ironically via rear naked choke at UFC on FUEL TV: Silva vs. Gustafsson.
