Another fight has been added to UFC 151, The UFC has revealed that a featherweight bout between Dennis Siver and Eddie Yagin have been verbally agreed to.

The Hawaiian Yagin made his octagon debut at UFC 135 where he took on Junior Assunção and lost via unanimous decision. Yagin’s next fight would be against a very tough Mark Hominick at UFC 145,  Yagin and Hominick battled for 3 full rounds in a back and forth fight that saw Yagin pull out the win via split decision, the fight also earned both fighters the “Fight Of The Night bonus for their bloody battle.

Siver was flying pretty high on a 4 fight win streak before he slammed into the red hot Donald Cerrone at UFC 137, Siver looked completely over matched by Cerrone eventually losing via submission (rear naked choke) in only 2:22 of the first round.

The loss forced Siver to re-evaluate his status in the lightweight division where he eventually decided that it would be best that he drop to featherweight. Siver debuted at Featherweight against Diego Nunes very recently at UFC on Fuel TV: Gustafsson vs. Silva in the UFC’s first trip to Sweden,  winning the bout by unanimous decision.

UFC 151 is expected to take place on September 1, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
