It looks like Dan Hardy will be fighting at home for his next fight in the octagon, and it looks like he'll be taking on Amir Sadollah at UFC on FUEL TV 5 in September.
Ariel Helwani at mmafighting.com broke the news just a few minutes ago.
Hardy just snapped a miserable 4 fight losing streak with an emphatic 1st round KO of Duane "Bang" Ludwig at UFC 146 just a few weeks ago. The win likely saved himself from being cut from the organization. Hardy being a fan favorite and very exciting fighter was likely the reasons why the UFC allowed him to go to 4 losses.
Sadollah has done just "OK" so far in his UFC career, showing some signs of improvement at times, but recently he hasn't looked all that sharp. His last fight against Jorge Lopez was a perfect example, winning a very uninspired and very boring fight by a razor-thin split decision.
UFCon FUEL TV 5 is set to take place on September 29th 2012 at Capital FM Arena in Nottingham England.
