
Tom Kong Watson is no longer with BAMMA, Watson has left the British MMA promotion for the greener pastures of the UFC, and "greener" meaning money. The 15-4 middleweight is now officially under exclusive contract with the UFC.
At 15 -4 Watson has put together a fairly decent run outside of the UFC, going 11-1 in his last 12 fights, losing only to TUF veteran Jesse Taylor at MFC 26 in Canada.
Watson has now won 3 fights ion a row since his loss to Taylor, and all were defenses of his BAMMA middleweight title, notably one of those defenses was against Maurillio 'Ninja' Rua.
The news was revealed by fightersonly.com, it is also rumored that Watson will be added to the upcoming FUEL TV 5 card set for September 29th in Nottingham, England.
