Two top welterweights who are coming off of losses have been booked for the co-main event at UFC 151. Josh Koscheck and Jake Ellenberger are now set to do battle to see which fighter gets back into the win column, and which fighter extends their losing streak to 2.
Koscheck last fought at UFC on Fox: Diaz vs. Miller losing to surging welterweight Johny Hendricks via split decision, the loss also snapped a 2 fight win streak.
Jake Ellenberger was cruising along on a 6 fight win streak and was literally 1 win away from getting a shot at the title. Sadly for Ellenberger he ran into Martin "The Comeback Kid" Kampmann and his knees at The Ultimate Fighter 15 Finale back on June 1st, where he lost the fight via KO in the second round.
UFC 151 is set for the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sept. 1, 2012.
