UFC President Dana White has again been tossing around the idea of an Anderson Silva super fight, but this time there was no mention of GSP vs. Silva, as the UFC head honcho went on to discuss the possibility of Anderson Silva facing light heavyweight champion Jon Jones instead.Going as far to say it could happen as soon as this year, providing that Silva accomplishes one thing first.

A featherweight battle that was originally set for UFC on FOX 7 looks like it will end up on a Pay per view event later this summer, the UFC appears to be targeting a clash between Chad Mendes and Clay Guida for UFC 164 on August 31st. 

   

UFC 161: UFC Trys to Add more Value to Event, Tags Roy Nelson to Step in vs. Stipe Miocic

In an interesting move today, the UFC has announced that they are pulling Soa Palelei from his re-debut bout against Stipe Miocic at UFC 161 and will be replacing the healthy Palelei with Roy Nelson.
