Johny Hendricks has reveled his simple and straight forward plan on how he believes he will defeat welterweight kingpin Georges St. Pierre and stop his title defense streak at 8. 

Josh Barnett started the ball rolling shortly before his signing with the UFC a week ago, telling the media that his fans have asked about him facing Frank Mir in his return to the UFC. Barnett believes his fans have chosen a good match-up for the ex-UFC heavyweight champion. 

It looks like Luke Rockhold wants Michael Bisping to prove that he can actually beat the ex-strikeforce champion after Bisping had said in a November 2012 interview that he had sparred recently with Rockhold and claimed he was better than the ex-Strikeforce champ.

One armed fighter Nick Newwell's days as a XFC fighters officially came to a close today with the announcement of Newell signing a contract with the World Series Of Fighting. Shutting the door on what was a very unfriendly break up between Newell and the XFC who gave Newell his big break when he auditioned for the promotion. 

Junior dos Santos and Cain Velasquez are now set to clash for a third time as dos Santos earned his shot at his former title after knocking out the surging and extremely tough Mark Hunt late in the third round in Saturday's co-main event at UFC 160.
